📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host engaging, high-energy TikTok Live sessions that showcase our brand's personality and values
• Collaborate with the content team to develop creative live stream concepts and themes
• Interact with viewers in real-time through comments, polls, and Q&A sessions
• Promote our brand's products, services, and events during live streams
• Analyze viewer engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve future live streams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and features to enhance our live streams
• Create and share behind-the-scenes content to showcase the live stream production process
• Represent our brand professionally and authentically in all interactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Active TikTok account with a growing following (10K+ followers preferred)
• Proven experience hosting live streams on TikTok or other social media platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with viewers
• Creativity and adaptability to think on your feet during live streams
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
