• Design and implement HR initiatives that drive employee engagement and operational excellence.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing HR challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in HR operations, with a strong background in strategic HR initiatives.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing HR initiatives that drive business results.
• Certification in HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent writing and presentation skills.
