📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the creation and maintenance of technical and procedural knowledge articles, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document best practices, processes, and technical information.
• Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy to enhance our team's productivity and performance.
• Train and mentor junior knowledge authors to ensure the continuous improvement of our knowledge base.
• Utilize Confluence and other knowledge management tools to organize, store, and share information effectively.
• Monitor and analyze knowledge usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in knowledge management and technical writing.
• Contribute to the development of our knowledge management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing and knowledge management.
• Proven track record of creating and maintaining high-quality technical and procedural documentation.
• Strong understanding of knowledge management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Confluence and other knowledge management tools.
• Certification in Technical Writing or a related field is a plus.
