As a Part Time / Full Time Teacher (Business Consultant), you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of business leaders in Jakarta Barat, Jakarta Raya.

In this role, you will teach children aged 6-14 the fundamentals of business, including financial literacy, marketing, and leadership. You will use our proprietary curriculum and interactive teaching methods to engage and inspire young learners. Additionally, you will collaborate with our team to develop and implement new educational programs, ensuring that our students receive the highest quality of education.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach children aged 6-14 the fundamentals of business, including financial literacy, marketing, and leadership.
• Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lesson plans that align with our proprietary curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate student progress to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted support.
• Collaborate with our team to develop and implement new educational programs.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry trends.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and participation.
• Promote the values and mission of PT. Berkat Maju Sakpore, both within the classroom and in the broader community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching or working in a similar educational environment.
• Strong knowledge of business fundamentals, including financial literacy, marketing, and leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
• Proficient in using educational software and tools, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Canva.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to shaping the next generation of business leaders.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
