📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure that all products are manufactured according to quality standards.,Monitor production schedules and deadlines to ensure that products are delivered on time.,Coordinate with the production team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Inspect finished products to ensure that they meet quality standards.,Maintain inventory levels and order new materials as needed.,Train and develop the production team to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Monitor production costs and identify areas where costs can be reduced.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or business.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with dental equipment and materials is a plus.,Familiarity with quality control and process improvement methodologies is a plus.
