PT Damar Permata is looking for an experienced Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth logistics operations.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
