📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and supervising a team of employees.,Ensure that team members are productive and meet their performance targets.,Coordinate and schedule team activities and projects.,Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and guidance.,Address and resolve team conflicts and issues.,Monitor team performance and provide regular reports to the Team Leader.,Support the Team Leader in training and developing team members.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in team management and leadership development.,Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
