Duta Tono Cafe & Coffee is looking for a Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Belawan. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training and development, and a commitment to helping our employees grow and succeed. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that meet the needs of our team. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs and making recommendations for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our team,Evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and develop training plans,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the development and implementation of our employee development strategy,Support the Training Officer in the delivery of training programs,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus,Fluency in English is a plus
