Sun Camp Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and training sessions.,Conduct needs assessments to identify learning and development opportunities for employees.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to integrate learning and development initiatives into the overall employee experience.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee training and development.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective learning programs.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including HR, managers, and employees.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning technologies.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
