As a Junior Procurement Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in procurement to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update supplier databases and records.,Support the creation and management of purchase orders and invoices.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to improve procurement efficiency.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.,Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Basic understanding of procurement processes and practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
