📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests to ensure food safety and quality.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Preparing and analyzing samples for microbiological, chemical, and physical tests.,Recording and reporting test results accurately.,Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.,Assisting in the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.,Collaborating with the production team to address quality issues.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality assurance standards.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and techniques.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with laboratory software and data management systems.
