📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Represent Urban Shine Group at events, trade shows, and customer interactions.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues.,Train and mentor other brand ambassadors to ensure consistent brand representation.,Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve our products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales and engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.,Strong understanding of our products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
