Star Bit Berjaya is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Canggu. You will also be responsible for mentoring junior developers and ensuring that our development processes are efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of full stack applications.,Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs and requirements.,Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with the necessary support and guidance to grow and develop their skills.,Collaborate with other teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and ensure that our development practices are current and effective.,Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with solutions that meet their requirements.,Ensure that our development processes are efficient and effective, and that we are meeting our project deadlines and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.,Experience leading a team of developers, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and innovatively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.,Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript, Java, or Python.,Experience with at least one front-end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.,Experience with at least one back-end framework, such as Node.js, Spring, or Django.
