You’ll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, midwives, and community health workers, to deliver comprehensive healthcare services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing primary healthcare services, including vaccinations, basic medical treatments, and health education, to underserved communities.
• Conducting health screenings, administering medications, and offering preventive care to improve community health outcomes.
• Collaborating with local healthcare providers and community leaders to develop and implement health programs tailored to the needs of the community.
• Documenting patient records and maintaining accurate medical charts using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Educating community members on health promotion, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Assisting in the setup and operation of our mobile clinic, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and safely.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our mobile clinics.
• Promoting the mission and values of Sehat Bersama Foundation within the community and among team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or public health setting, preferably in mobile healthcare or community health.
• Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.
• Strong knowledge of primary healthcare services, including vaccinations, basic medical treatments, and health education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse communities.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant medical software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
