📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of treatments and medications.
  • Promote a safe and clean environment in the healthcare facility.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
