📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and guests in a friendly and professional manner.,Assist customers with check-in and check-out procedures.,Answer inquiries and provide information about the café, its services, and amenities.,Handle and direct customer complaints or concerns to the appropriate department.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed.,Promote café events, promotions, and special offers to customers.,Ensure the safety and security of the café and its guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and applications.,Ability to handle customer complaints and conflicts professionally.
