Sourcing and screening candidates for job openings,Conducting initial interviews and assessments,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Maintaining a database of potential candidates,Providing feedback to hiring managers on candidate performance,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
