📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and job descriptions to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the company's goals.,Managing the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.,Providing feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
