🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the retail industry.,Strong understanding of the retail market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven track record of achieving sales and market growth targets.,Experience in managing and leading a team.,Proficiency in using business development tools and software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
