Khoo Teck Puat Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive, Finance & Accounting to join our team on a 1.5-year contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the hospital, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in a healthcare setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the hospital's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, and maintain accurate financial records.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide strategic financial advice to the hospital's management team, including cost control measures and investment opportunities.,Supervise the work of the accounting and finance team, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Collaborate with external auditors and ensure the hospital's financial information is accurate and transparent.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure the hospital's financial operations are in line with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a healthcare setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis is highly desirable.
