Lingkungan Tono Health Center is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.,Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through regular follow-ups and support.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and performance.,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer relationship management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and market trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
