📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards to ensure product quality and safety.,Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to verify compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Lead and mentor junior quality control staff, providing guidance and training.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in quality control.,Ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications.,Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other relevant quality management systems.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
