    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in risk management, financial services, or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, principles, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing risk management strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
