Pratama Cement is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team in Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the structural integrity of our cement plant facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural components for cement plant facilities.,Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.,Conduct structural assessments and provide recommendations for improvements.,Prepare detailed technical reports and drawings for client review.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure project success.,Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.,Ensure safety and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the cement industry.,Proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Familiarity with construction materials and methods.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
