📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job candidates to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
