📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance.,Manage inventory, including stock levels and ordering.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Train and develop store staff to meet company standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in inventory counts and audits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in retail.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Knowledge of retail software and POS systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
