📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of 5-10 employees,Develop and implement team training programs,Monitor team performance and provide feedback,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Handle team scheduling and workload distribution,Resolve team conflicts and issues,Represent the company in team meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
