📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and assess branches to ensure smooth loan processing operations.
• Conduct customer interviews and gather necessary information for loan applications.
• Collaborate with the loan processing team to ensure timely and accurate loan approvals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and loan processing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan processing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using loan processing software such as Core Banking System (CBS) and Loan Origination System (LOS).
