📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil construction projects, aligning with SPX Express's operational needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract administration, and payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with logistics, engineering, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery of construction projects.
• Leverage procurement software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil procurement, with a focus on construction projects.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including tendering, contract administration, and payment processing.
• Proven track record of successful supplier relationships and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
