Compliance & Risk Specialist (Fully Remote)

In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for enhancing governance frameworks, managing risks, and ensuring that Mister Mobile adheres to all relevant regulations and industry standards. Based in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement policies that protect our customers and our business.

As a Compliance & Risk Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and mitigating risks, conducting audits, and providing training to our employees. You'll use tools like SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data and create reports. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor and report on compliance activities, including internal audits and external assessments.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance and risk management best practices.
• Collaborate with legal and other departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, and advise on necessary adjustments to our compliance framework.
• Use SAP and Microsoft Office Suite to manage data, create reports, and track compliance activities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support the overall business objectives of Mister Mobile.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and risk management, preferably in a financial or technology-related industry.
• Certification in compliance or risk management (e.g., CPA, CRM, CISA) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including but not limited to ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
