• Oversee and manage daily claims operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Implement and monitor process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of claims processors, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to streamline workflows and track performance.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Drive operational excellence by setting and achieving performance metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving process improvements.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with claims management software such as Guidewire or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
